DhochN-Jade Digital Engineering GmbH is an engineering consultancy for model-based, digital planning and consulting services in construction. The company emerged from several established practices, including Oltmanns und Partner GmbH, and has locations in Oldenburg (headquarters), Magdeburg and Kufstein. Its range of services covers structural engineering for buildings and civil engineering works including structural stability and seismic verifications as well as model-based reinforcement design, digitization of existing structures using 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry to create digital twins and as-built models, as well as BIM management and BIM coordination. Reference projects range from the Kármán Auditorium at RWTH Aachen via the District Police Authority of Rhein-Erft-Kreis and residential construction projects in Magdeburg to bridge structures such as the prestressed concrete plate girder bridge over the Friedeburger Tief.
