About us
Di Monaco Gummierungen e.K. from Burscheid has been developing and producing rubber lining systems for protection against corrosion and abrasion for over 20 years. The company rubber-lines pipe fittings, galvanizing tanks, pumps, valves, agitators, apparatus, fans, vessels and other support structures at its works, and repairs coated plant components as well as large vessels on site through skilled fitters (on-site lining). The product range includes hard and soft rubber of various qualities and thicknesses, special seals, non-stick coatings with PTFE films, wear-protection plates made of steel with rubber coating, linings with polyurethane plates or vulcanized abrasion films as well as abrasion protection using aluminium oxide ceramics. In addition, the company offers corrosion protection engineering and consulting as early as the planning phase and, on request, delivers complete components including steel construction. Every workpiece undergoes extensive quality control before leaving production; a 24-hour emergency hotline is available for fast inquiries. The rubber lining systems are used, among other things, in process vessels, storage tanks, pickling tanks, flue gas scrubbers, centrifuges, pumps, fans, pipelines and in shipping.
