About DIAMANT Polymer
DIAMANT Polymer GmbH is a manufacturer and full-service provider of custom metal-polymers, polymer composite systems and polymer infiltrates for industrial use. The products are used, among other things, for frictional gap compensation at steel connections, for impregnating leaky metal components, for wear protection of metal surfaces, for sealing thermally sprayed layers, for shrinkage defect repair on castings, and for sealing and infiltrating 3D-printed components of additive manufacturing. The company develops polymer systems in its own laboratory and, in addition to product development, offers technical consulting, contract manufacturing, private-label products as well as an on-site assembly and application service, including documentation and acceptance protocols. The Liquid Filler Plate MM1018, as the first product of its kind, holds the general building approval of the DIBt (Z-3.82-2042) and is used by DB Netze and the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV). The products are available worldwide and REACH-compliant.
