About DIANA Electronic-Systeme
DIANA Electronic-Systeme GmbH is an independent family-owned company based in Schwaikheim near Stuttgart that develops and manufactures LED industrial luminaires for mechanical and plant engineering. The product range includes machine luminaires, signal luminaires, workstation luminaires, camera luminaires, pharmaceutical luminaires and UV process luminaires for adhesive curing; in addition, custom OEM LED solutions and retrofit systems are developed. The entire development and manufacturing process takes place at the Schwaikheim site: luminaire design, mechanical and electrical engineering, prototype construction, machining, SMT production, bonding, dispensing and potting technology as well as small and large series production. Materials used include stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A), borosilicate protective tubes, mineral glass and FDA-compliant plastics, especially for cleanroom and pharmaceutical applications. The products are used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductor manufacturing, packaging machinery, machine tools, the food and beverage industry, medical technology and industrial image processing. Since 2001, the company has, among other things, developed the world's first LED machine luminaire and has realized more than 5,000 LED solutions for industry.
