DIATOOL Präzisionswerkzeug GmbH is a German manufacturer of precision tools with a focus on its core business of reaming. With more than 35 years of experience, the company manufactures multi-flute monoblock reamers (fixed and adjustable) with and without internal coolant, modular reamer heads and holders, adjustable cutting rings including the Top Speed Ring, as well as special reamers and compensating and floating holders for HSK, SK/ISO, CAT, MAS, BT, cylindrical and VDI interfaces. The cutting materials used are carbide (HM/Carbide), CERMET and, on request, PCD; the reamers are ground to nominal size and finished with coatings such as TiN, TiAlN, ATN, ATC/HM-BRA or TAC. The diameter range of the monoblock reamers extends from Ø 5,600 to 60,599 mm, and on request up to Ø 100,599 mm; manufacturing is carried out to customer specifications, e.g. for bore tolerance H7. In addition, DIATOOL offers a repair service with re-tipping and re-coating as well as application-specific consulting, and distributes its Made-in-Germany products through a worldwide sales network.
