Dichtungstechnik Schkölen has been a manufacturer of gaskets and sealing elements based in Schkölen, Thuringia, since 1996. The product range includes static flat gaskets, metal and soft-metal gaskets, elastomers and rubber molded parts, plastic parts as well as packings, cords, O-rings, PTFE tapes, adhesives and sealants. Products not held in stock are manufactured at short notice – from one-off production and small batches to large series. Production is carried out using modern die-cutting technology (manual punches up to automatic punching machines), CNC-controlled plotters, waterjet cutting systems, as well as laser cutting and laser welding of hemmed edges. In addition, the company offers application engineering consulting including flange calculations, short delivery times through stock holdings of standardized products, delivery with all required approvals, and a 24-hour emergency service. Customers come from industry, trades, technical wholesale and the private sector.
