The handcrafted distillery from the Kamptal
Die Destillatur is a small, handcrafted distillery in Zöbing near Langenlois at the foot of the Kamptal in Lower Austria. Owner Viktoria Preßlmeyr produces gin by hand, with natural ingredients processed through liquid extraction followed by distillation. In addition to the base ingredient juniper, untreated lemons and oranges from a regional fruit merchant are used, among others, lending the creations fruity nuances. The wine-growing region of the Kamptal serves as inspiration for the gin creations. The range includes a classic gin as well as further creations; in addition, individual gin packages are assembled for weddings and events. The products can be tasted and purchased at the Genussmarkt in Langenlois and directly at the distillery in Zöbing.
