DIEFFENBACHER GmbH Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, headquartered in Eppingen, is a manufacturer of press systems and complete production plants for the wood-based materials, forming and recycling industries. The family-owned company plans and builds turnkey plants for the production of particleboard, MDF, HDF, THDF, OSB, LVL and plywood panels as well as HPL press lines – from wood yard preparation with MAIER size reduction technology through drying, screening, gluing and forming station to the press system and finishing. In the Forming business field, the company supplies turnkey plants for composite and metal components, including hydraulic presses, HP-RTM and Ultra-RTM processes, LFT-D compounding systems as well as SMC semifinished product lines and the Fibercut cutting system. The Energy division realizes power plant systems with grate and fluidized bed combustion, gas and liquid fuel power plants as well as industrial waste heat utilization solutions for industries such as cement, steel and glass. Around 1,900 employees at 20 production, service and sales locations worldwide support customers throughout the entire plant life cycle, including digitalization solutions (EVORIS), modernization and lifetime service. Production takes place at the main Eppingen site as well as through an international manufacturing network, for example in Shanghai and Brno.
