About Dielen GmbH
Dielen GmbH, based in Straelen (North Rhine-Westphalia), was founded in 1992 by Reinhard Dielen and specializes in the quantity measurement of gases, in particular compressed air. The company develops and produces its own measurement systems from the VARIOMASS product family: thermal compressed air meters and flow meters for nominal diameters from DN 15 to DN 500, in variants ranging from low-cost to high-end models. In addition, the company distributes differential pressure gauges, differential pressure switches and transmitters (including Mid-West Instrument, USA) as well as thermal flow and level switches (Delta-M), gas mass flow meters with ATEX approval (EPI) and rotameters (Aalborg). In its own production hall, measuring instruments are also modified to customer specifications, for example with fieldbus, USB or Bluetooth interfaces. The product range is complemented by services: compressed air consumption measurements with rental equipment including installation, removal and graphical evaluation, consulting, special calibrations as well as on-site and in-plant service with a comprehensive spare parts warehouse. Fields of application are industry and manufacturing, air conditioning technology, filter technology, gas technology, process engineering and laboratory technology.

Quality and Approvals
The measuring instruments are calibrated with accuracies from 2 % of the measured value (VARIOMASS Standard/MF/ECO/FB) to 1.5 % of the measured value (EPI gas mass flow meters); special calibrations are possible. Several product lines have approvals such as ATEX, CENELEC and CSA for use in the Ex area.
