About Diener AG Precision Machining
Diener AG Precision Machining (DPM), based in Embrach, Switzerland, is a contract manufacturer for high-precision turning and milling components for medical technology, surgical robotics, and high-tech industries. The company manufactures medical implants and instruments such as dental implants, abutments, bone nails, spine fixation systems, components for ophthalmological instruments, gear and gear systems for surgical robotics, as well as housings and sleeves for surgical power tools; in addition, complex parts for lithography, sensing, and analytical and laboratory technology. Manufacturing is carried out on over 50 short and long lathes and over 20 CNC machining centers with 3, 4, and 5 axes; this is supplemented by microblasting, passivation, laser marking, deburring, validated cleaning processes, as well as assembly and packaging in an ISO 7 cleanroom. Materials include titanium, stainless steel, PEEK, cobalt-chromium alloys, aluminum alloys, and plastics. As a member of the Acrotec Medtech Group, DPM offers Dock-to-Stock solutions from prototyping to mass production for OEM partners worldwide.
