Dieteg Gerätebau GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Walsrode, develops, manufactures and assembles cabs and cab components for industrial vehicles, industrial trucks, agricultural machinery and municipal vehicles. As a specialist serving both the OEM and retrofit markets, the company offers custom-tailored compact cabs as well as modular system cabs, designed precisely to customer requirements. Manufacturing, spread across more than 20,000 m², includes modern tube and sheet metal processing, a powder coating line, and in-house production of PVC components. In surface technology, powder coating is complemented by KTL (cataphoretic dip coating) and wet painting. An in-house design department with CAD software and 3D printing for prototype parts enables short development times; this is supplemented by acoustic and climate measurements, FEM calculations and visibility analyses. Final assembly is carried out as a plug-and-play solution including complex electronic components and individual equipment features. Dieteg has been certified to DIN ISO 9001 since 1996.
