About DWEMA

Dietrich Wuttke GmbH (DWEMA) is a master electric machine shop founded in 1966 in Espelkamp-Gestringen, which has developed into a wholesale and repair company. The company services electric machines and their mechanical components, including compressors, gear motors, hydraulic power units, pumps, generators and vacuum pumps. In-house manufacturing services include rewinding, including special motors, transformer and coil manufacturing to sample or rated data, spare parts manufacturing to sample (e.g. fan wheels, wheel sets, stirrer blades, special shafts, also in stainless steel 1.4571) as well as machining such as turning and grinding on its own machine park. In addition, statically and dynamically rotating parts up to 500 kg are balanced with 0.01 g resolution, coupled drives are aligned using dual laser measurement technology, and special machinery is developed and engineered. On approximately 1200 m² of production, office and storage space, drives, generators, pumps and compressors are kept in stock; as a wholesaler, DWEMA supplies dealers throughout Europe. Customers come from trades, industry, construction, agriculture, food technology, painting trade, wastewater treatment plants, mining as well as fire and rescue services.

Quality

Final inspection is carried out with comprehensive measurement technology; fault analyses are performed using modern methods such as surge voltage analysis. Balancing with 0.01 g resolution and balance grades (e.g. 6.3) as well as shaft straightening to defined radial runout document the precision.
