About Dietz & Rollwa Automation

Dietz & Rollwa Automation GmbH is a manufacturing automation company founded in 1978 and based in Karlsbad (Baden-Württemberg). As a special-purpose machine builder, the company develops and manufactures systems for the complete automated material flow with 40 employees: bulk storage systems such as filling hoppers, hopper belts and hopper steep conveyors, orientation systems with vibratory, steep and step conveyors as well as rotary disc sorters, feeding systems such as vibratory linear tracks, step magazines and conveyor belts, and high-speed assembly machines for the fully automated completion of multi-part production items at outputs between 350 and 1,500 parts per minute. The solutions are individually tailored to the respective production task, part geometry and feeding rate; existing machines are also rebuilt and adapted. Customers come from the food, cosmetics, metal-processing and plastics-processing industries.
