Since 1996, DiHa GmbH - Dichtes Haus has been developing innovative system solutions for thermal-bridge-free construction in new builds and renovations. The product portfolio includes ESM column insulation formwork, insulation lintels, ceiling edge formwork elements, the ESM belt box VARIO2 and, offered since 2020, the in-house developed neoKastensystem with the tested ESM-SOLID and ESM-SOLID+ static window brackets for RAL-compliant window installation. For building renovation, DiHa offers roller shutter renovation systems that solve thermal, acoustic and airtightness problems on almost any roller shutter box type. In 2023 the company was acquired by Hörl+Hartmann; in 2025 the neoAIR ventilation system for controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery was brought to market. In addition, DiHa offers an installation service for visual and sun protection systems, insect screens, external roller shutters and burglary protection. The products have been tested by renowned testing institutes, and numerous are protected by patent. The company's registered office and sales location is Welden near Augsburg in Bavaria.
