About DILETTA
DILETTA Maschinentechnik GmbH has been developing and producing personalization systems for high-security travel documents such as passports, visas, ID cards and civil registry certificates since 1956. The portfolio includes inkjet passport printers, laser engraving systems for polycarbonate data pages, laminating machines, card personalization systems, passport readers, biometric enrolment stations and automated border control systems (eGates). All components are manufactured at the headquarters in Nauheim: mechanical and electronic engineering, firmware, drivers and software are entirely in-house. For the production of high-precision parts, three Trumpf TruMatic 3000 punch-laser machines, three Trumpf TruLaser 3030 CO2 laser cutting machines for full-format sheet metal up to 2 cm thick, two CNC bending machines as well as CNC turning and milling machines are available. Production, assembly, support and training also take place at the site. With more than 45,000 installed printers and workstations in over 170 countries, customers include governments, state printing works, airports and banks.
