About ZYKLOMAT

Dipl.-Ing. Erich Fetzer GmbH & Co. KG develops, manufactures and assembles filtration systems under the ZYKLOMAT brand for the purification of process fluids, coolants and wastewater. The portfolio includes hydrocyclone systems (EW/EH series), compact band filters, band and vacuum band filters, pressure band filters, lamella separators, scraper conveyors, multi-layer filters, magnetic filter automatons, fabric and cartridge filters as well as sedimentation tanks with screw conveyors. The systems are manufactured entirely in-house at the Reutlingen-Gönningen site and monitored there; connections and piping at the customer's machinery are carried out by the company's own staff. The company supports customers from the preliminary planning phase onwards and delivers individual and central systems with supply and return piping as complete solutions. Systems are also available in stainless steel design. Fields of application include, among others, mechanical machining (grinding, polishing, honing, drawing), the wire industry, the food industry, car/truck/rail washing systems and solids recovery.
