Manufacturing is fully documented with 100 % pressure testing and cleaning. In addition to standard fittings, HDS offers special and multi-bent fittings as well as customer-specific solutions. The company is geared toward OEM series equipment, among other things for mobile excavators, injection molding machines and special transporters, and also provides engineering services such as prototype construction, special machinery and the planning of customer-dedicated workshops.

History
- 1975
Founding of the company; according to the catalog, the start was in a garage. HDS has been a high-pressure spiral hose specialist since 1975.

Eight new apprentices with support from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund; all were retained after completing their training.

Awarded by the IHK Cologne as the best training company.
