About HDS Hydraulik
HDS Hydraulik has specialised since 1975 in the development and manufacture of spiral hose lines for high-pressure applications. At the headquarters in Gummersbach, spiral hose lines with safety fittings are produced, while braided hose lines are manufactured at the HDS-Süd branch. The in-house developed hose material with 4 or 6 spiral wire layers is available in various specifications for nominal sizes from 6 (1/4'') to 75 (3''), complemented by an extensive fitting range in any angle configurations and customised special solutions with various connection types. Manufacturing is fully documented with 100 % pressure testing and cleaning. The company also develops high-pressure fittings as well as machines for hose line processing and plans customer-supplied workshops including commissioning and personnel training. With subsidiaries in Austria, Australia and China as well as shop-in-shop workshops, customers are supplied worldwide; the focus is on OEM spare-parts strategies with original components.
