About Lafiro
Lafiro (Dipl.-Ing. Ulrich Grajecki (GmbH & Co.) KG) has been manufacturing custom-made ventilation systems for industry since 1974 at its site in Bargteheide in the Hamburg metropolitan region. The portfolio includes static and adjustable ventilation grilles, pressure relief systems and combinations of weather protection and pressure relief, supplemented by actuator motors and linear actuators with emergency positioning function. The systems are built as one-off custom production to specified dimensions from extruded aluminium (hollow and box profiles) as well as from S235 JR steel with welded frames and sheet-metal louvre blades; the surfaces are anodized (E6/EV1), powder-coated in RAL colours or hot-dip galvanized to DIN EN ISO 1461. The company supports customers in design planning with ventilation engineering data and CAD drawings. Areas of application include machine and production halls, chemical plants, warehouses, waterworks, transformer rooms and medium-voltage switchgear. Products have been tested by TÜV Nord or TÜV Süd and at the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Technology, and are checked several times for dimensions, workmanship and function before delivery.

Frames and louvre blades of the aluminium systems; corrosion-resistant and standard anodized E6/EV1.
Steel S235 JR, hot-dip galvanized
Welded frames and sheet-metal angle louvre blades of type LW, galvanized by dip-coating to DIN EN ISO 1461.
Stainless steel
Fastening screws for mounting the elements.
Plastic
Bearings, bushings, holders, spacers and anchors for louvre bearing and mounting.
Closed-cell insulation material
Insulation of the double-skin louvre blades of the insulated pressure relief system LKF 150.
Silicone
Seals of the structural opening on the insulated pressure relief system.
Hot-dip galvanizing DIN EN ISO 1461
Corrosion protection of the steel systems after processing (DASt guideline 022).
Powder coating
Coating in any RAL colour as a supplement to the limited colour range of anodizing.
Anodizing E6/EV1
