About us

Distillerie Studer & Co AG is a distillery founded in 1883 in Escholzmatt in the canton of Lucerne, family-owned and today run by the fifth generation. Founded by the four Studer brothers as a distillery, liqueur and confectionery factory, the company has focused since the reconstruction of the factory site, which burned down in 1920, on distilling spirits from regional ingredients. The range includes fruit brandies, Vieilles flavoured with sugar and dried fruits and matured in oak barrels, liqueurs, aperitifs as well as gin, rum, vodka and absinthe; from 2005 these spirits were added to the range, and the gin is distributed under the Swiss Highland Gin label. In addition, the BRENNPUNKT Cocktail Academy offers public cocktail courses as well as individual course experiences for groups, clubs and companies. The products are also distributed internationally.
