About Divisa Precision

DIVISA PRECISION SA was founded in Geneva in 1961 to meet the growing demand for micromechanical components. The company specializes in small precision parts, especially for the watch industry, electronics and medical applications, and has over time extended its expertise to medium-sized parts, primarily for the aerospace and defense industry as well as industrial applications. Production is carried out by CNC turning and CNC milling as well as on conventional lathes for high volumes, complemented by assembly of sub-assemblies and coating and finishing via partner companies. The volume classes range from prototypes and small series (1–100 parts, Ø 1–60 mm turned, 300–1000 mm milled, less than 10 days delivery time), to medium series (1,000–100,000 parts, Ø 1–42 mm), up to high-volume series (from 200,000 up to millions of parts, Ø 0.1–10 mm). The headquarters in Geneva (Carouge) bundles administration, sales, R&D, quality and logistics; production takes place at the Meyrin site (MADO SA), and an after-sales office has existed since 1984 in Patterson, NY (USA). All production follows the quality standards ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO 13485, including inspection, cleaning and packaging to customer specifications.
