About Us

DK Dilba Kunststoffbau GmbH in Neumünster (Schleswig-Holstein) specializes in the production, refurbishment and repair of plastic components made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP). The portfolio includes prototype construction, custom and one-off production, small-series production as well as the assembly of modules from in-house-made and externally produced parts. Processes used include hand lay-up lamination, vacuum forming and 3D printing; in-house molds for GRP components are built in-house. With its own paint booth, the company also performs painting, coating and surface sealing – including for parts not made of GRP – as well as sanding and filling. Customers include rail interiors (e.g. grab handle shell for the Italian railway), wind power, vehicle and mechanical engineering, container/tank and swimming pool construction, and the chemical industry. On-site work at the customer's premises is also part of the offering.
