DKS GmbH Engineering und Vertrieb develops and manufactures measurement technology for gas analysis, with a focus on trace moisture measurement in inert, flammable and corrosive gases based on the coulometric P2O5 measurement method. The product range includes AQUATRACE® analysers and transmitters (including the ATT520 series, ATM.U sensor head, AQUATRACE V Portable), the CombiSens multiparameter platform, dew point measuring devices, oxygen transmitters, thermal conductivity analysers, gas warning devices, data loggers as well as custom analysers cabinets and process measurement systems including gas handling and data visualisation. Sensors are developed in-house, including P2O5 sensors with bifilar platinum wire winding on a glass rod and platinum interdigital structures on ceramic supports for chlorine- and fluorine-containing gases. In addition to product manufacturing, the company offers the engineering, construction and commissioning of gas measurement systems as well as calibration and adjustment services. Customers come from the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, glass and semiconductor industries as well as from environmental technology, the energy sector, medical technology and the hydrogen economy. The solutions are used worldwide. Headquarters and production are located in Großröhrsdorf in Saxony; the company was founded in 1990 in Dresden.

Coulometric moisture measurement (P2O5)
Trace moisture determination in the ppm/ppb range in corrosive and all other gases (except NH3), 0-2000 ppm or 1 ppb-2500 ppm.
Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy
Non-contact high-speed trace moisture measurement, also in ammonia and corrosive gases.
Aluminium oxide dew point sensors
Dew point measurement from below -120 °C dew point to 20 °C dew point, also as TDLAS and chilled-mirror hygrometers.
Potentiometric ZrO2 oxygen measurement
Oxygen measurement from 0.13 ppm to 100 %, complemented by electrochemical, paramagnetic and optical sensors.
Thermal conductivity measurement
Gas analysis of binary and quasi-binary gas mixtures (among others H2, He, Ar, N2, CH4, CO2) with optional infrared measurement.
Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy
Laser-based moisture and gas analysis, among others for NH3, HCl and C2H2.
Gas detection and gas warning technology
Portable and stationary gas warning devices with catalytic combustion, infrared, electrochemical, semiconductor and PID sensors.
