About DMA Innotec
DMA Innotec is a corporate group specializing in engraving technologies for gravure printing, with locations in Germany and Taiwan. The company develops and manufactures the R10 series of electronic engraving machines for rotogravure cylinders used in packaging and decor printing. The machines operate with fully digital control, Point-to-Point technology (PTP), First-Full-Cell technology (FFC) and 8 kHz One-Path engraving for fine text; the workflow is directly PDF-based. The machine sizes cover cylinders from 300 to 3,500 mm face length and up to 500 kg in weight, including a fully automatic variant for integration into automatic plating lines. The portfolio is complemented by software (JobCreator, Qu Check Engraving), measuring instruments, DPU upgrade modules as well as services such as installation, training, system integration, spare parts and engraving head refurbishment. The roots reach back some 30 years into the rotogravure industry through the predecessor WIRTH TECHNOLOGIES, with sales of nearly 1,000 engraving machines, mainly in East Asia.
