DMH Handels GmbH operates under the brand 'Das Massivholzhaus' a building system for solid timber construction with room-height CLT elements (cross laminated timber). The company is not itself a producer, but handles the calculation of construction projects, construction project management, sales and the placement of suitable partner companies. More than 100 partner companies in Austria, Germany and South Tyrol carry out the on-site assembly of the elements and are trained in theory and practice. The solid timber elements used are PEFC-certified and come from sustainably managed forests; as insulation, a wood fibre softboard thermal insulation composite system applied to the exterior is used. The elements are delivered in transportable sizes, enabling short construction times and dry construction without construction moisture. The company is headquartered in Kufstein, Austria.

Partner meeting of the partner companies from 22 to 23 February 2024 with a tour of the new cross laminated timber plant of Mayr-Melnhof Holz in Leoben; Mayr-Melnhof Holz has been the supplier of the CLT elements since then.
