DMH Maschinenhandel Deutschland GmbH was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Forchheim (Bavaria). The company supplies process engineering equipment and turnkey projects for confectionery factories, including complete production lines and individual machines for the manufacture of caramel, jelly products, chocolate, pralines, bars, chewy candies and fine baked goods. The portfolio includes, among other things, mogul plants, depositing plants, tempering and dosing machines, conches, mixers, mills, silos, conveying systems, freezers, roasters and packaging machines. Solutions are offered both for small businesses and for large factories; thanks to modular design, existing plants can be upgraded and extended. In addition to project implementation, DMH GmbH supports its customers with product development and technology consulting. The focus is on cooperation with industrial enterprises in Russia and the CIS states; since 2003 the company has maintained its own representative office in Moscow.

Depositing in starch (mogul plants)
Process for fondant pralines, jelly, milk-based confectionery of the 'Korovka' type and chewy candies; during mould changeover only the set of stamp boards is changed.
One-shot and conventional depositing plants
Moulding of chocolate confectionery, pralines and cast caramel on starch-free or one-shot lines.
Inline compounding system
Continuous mixing of up to three dry substances with up to ten liquid substances, e.g. latex and chalk or polyurethane and filler.
