DMS Schweisstechnik GmbH is an owner-managed welding technology, pipework, boiler fabrication and industrial assembly company founded in 2006 and based in Viernheim. The company fabricates and repairs boiler and pressure parts, fabricates piping spools from isometric drawings, builds steel support structures, platforms and special constructions, and carries out on-site assembly, modifications and tie-ins directly at the plant. In addition, DMS performs turnaround operations in petrochemical plants as well as line and network node work in district heating technology, including pressure testing, inspection coordination and as-built documentation. Welding is performed with processes 141 (TIG), 135 (MAG) and 111 (SMAW), mainly on structural steels S235, S275 and S355 as well as material group 8.1 (stainless steel). Customers come from chemicals and petrochemicals, energy and district heating, the food industry, plant engineering companies and industrial services. Fabrication and assembly from a single source: in the company's own workshop in Viernheim, everything that does not have to be produced directly at the plant is prefabricated, which reduces downtime.
