About Doehler & Haass
Doehler & Haass Steuerungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG has been developing, producing and distributing components for the digital control of model railway layouts since 1975. The product range includes locomotive and vehicle decoders, vehicle sound decoders, its own digital control system (SelecTRIX) with programmers, feedback modules, function decoders, braking modules and power supplies, as well as matching software. The products support all common model railway standards such as SX1, SX2, DCC, MM, ABC and RailCom and, in addition to the company's own distribution, are installed by renowned manufacturers in their components (OEM business), historically including TRIX. A specially developed ASIC made it possible as early as 1984 to produce what was then the world's smallest locomotive decoder; the motor control (Super-Soft-Drive/SSD) has been continuously developed ever since. Almost all of the system components offered are manufactured in Germany, with particular attention paid to high-quality materials and careful workmanship. Sales are via specialist retail as well as direct distribution; this is complemented by software updates, sound project downloads, customer service and repair processing.
