About Döllken Profiles

Döllken Profiles GmbH specialises in the production of skirting boards, flooring profiles, technical plastic profiles and roller shutter systems. The portfolio ranges from purely plastic-based solutions to flexible and plastic skirting boards and core skirting boards with punchable HDF or MDF cores, all Made in Germany. Production is carried out by rigid, flexible and foam extrusion; at the Grammetal plant, several thousand kilometres of plastic profiles are produced every year. In addition to its standard programme, the company develops customised profiles and collections with customers, whereby design floor decors can be reproduced down to the finest detail. Customers come from the trades, wholesale, the construction industry, electrical engineering, commercial vehicle manufacturing, climate technology, commercial refrigeration furniture, the office furniture industry and interior fitting. The company, headquartered in Bönen, has been part of SURTECO GROUP SE since 2002 and supplies almost 20 countries in Eastern and Southern Europe via branches in Poland and the Czech Republic.

History

1. 1972

   Production of core skirting boards (initially by Schock & Co. GmbH) at the Bönen site

2. 1991

   Extrusion of skirting boards in Grammetal; Döllken took over the Kunststoff GmbH Weimar

3. 1997

   Foundation of the Polish branch Döllken & Praktikus Sp. z o.o.

4. 1998

   Relocation of Döllken Weimar GmbH to a new building in the U.N.O. industrial park

5. 2002

   Döllken becomes part of SURTECO GROUP SE

6. 2020

   Consolidation of logistics and administration in Bönen; relocation from Gladbeck

7. 2021

   Start of operations at the extended Bönen main plant (+10.000 m², ten new production lines)
