About Doleschel GmbH

Since 1964, Doleschel GmbH has been manufacturing technical plastic injection-molded parts and injection molds in Kämpfelbach-Bilfingen. The value-added range covers design, mold making, injection molding technology, assembly and metrology at a single site. In mold making, injection molds up to a mold size of 630 x 630 mm are produced; milling, turning, sinker EDM, wire EDM and grinding are performed on CNC machines with direct CAD/CAM networking. In plastics technology, technical parts up to 1 kg are produced on injection molding machines from Arburg and Netstal (clamping forces 300 to 3,200 kN, injection volume approx. 900 cm³, mold size up to 720 x 720 mm) – from sample quantities to large-scale series. Common engineering thermoplastics such as PA, PP, PS, ABS, PC, POM, PBT and PET are processed, as well as special materials such as PEEK, LCP and materials in the MIM powder injection molding process. Customers include the electrical, textile machinery, household appliance and automotive supplier industries as well as communications and medical technology. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
