Dollberg Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 2003 by Uwe Dollberg and Manfred Brockhorst and specialises in the development, design and manufacture of pharmaceutical and packaging machines as well as adhesive tape handling systems. The product range includes counting and filling machines for tablets, capsules, dragées and candies, capping machines for push-on, screw and crimp closures, length sorting machines Sort-O-Mat® for mechanical length inspection and rejection of broken oblong tablets, as well as buffer tables, rotary tables, conveyor belts and vacuum conveyor units for container transport. In the field of adhesive tape handling, the company offers flat-bed tape applicators (PKM 01/680 up to 680 mm, PKM 01/1000 up to 1000 mm product width), the flat-bed tape applicator TE1635, accessories and retrofit equipment as well as single and special machines built to customer specifications, for example a vacuum-belt flat-bed tape applicator for wound dressings. In addition to machine building, the portfolio includes consulting, process optimisation, documentation creation and engineering for the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturers and packers of dietary supplements. The company is based in Solingen (Aufderhöhe) and has been operating at the address Steinendorfer Straße 33-35 since 2022. In direct cooperation with MB-Präzision Maschinenbautechnik GmbH, machines and devices are developed, designed and manufactured.
