About Dolleruper Destille
The Dolleruper Destille is an organic-certified distillery in Dollerup in the Angeln region between the Flensburg Fjord and the Schlei, near the Danish border. Since 2014, the small team there has been producing brandies, eaux-de-vie and liqueurs from regional fruit as well as German whisky, rum and gin. Great value is placed on high-quality raw materials that – wherever possible – come from the Schleswig-Holstein countryside. Special products include the Dolleruper Kretengeist and the Dolleruper Unfall. In addition to production, the distillery offers experiential offerings such as live distillation demonstrations, rum tastings, gin seminars, whisky seminars and corporate events; products are available in the on-site farm shop and in the online shop.
