Domäne Ostsee is a group of three northern German beverage manufacturers with production sites in Usedom, Rattey and Mönchhagen. Under the guiding principle "From the field to the glass – 100 % vertically integrated", the company unites the brands Inselmühle Usedom (spirits from milling tradition and the art of distillation), Weingut Schloss Rattey (Germany's northernmost quality winery) and Brohmer Landbräu (craft beer from Western Pomerania). In addition to distributing its own brands, the company offers B2B services: contract brewing according to customer recipes on modern brewing systems, development and production of wine, beer and spirits as private label from recipe to packaging, gentle de-alcoholization of beer, wine and spirits, as well as the Drink Startup Factory with product development, production and market launch for beverage startups.
