About Domilux
DOMILUX. Leuchten Herstellung und Vertrieb GmbH has been developing, producing and marketing luminaires and lighting systems since 1985 at its headquarters in Blomberg (Lippe district, North Rhine-Westphalia). The product portfolio includes LED industrial lighting for production halls, warehouses and cold stores (including LED Beam, ULTRA, REGAL LONG, High Bay, U-Mech) as well as office lighting with floor, wall and pendant luminaires and LED panels. In addition to its standard series, the company designs and manufactures custom luminaires and project solutions built to customer specifications, also in small quantities. Its services range from lighting design and lighting calculation through engineering and production to assembly and integration into control systems such as DALI, KNX and Smarthome. Typical materials are anodized aluminium extruded profiles, powder-coated steel, acrylic glass (PMMA), polycarbonate and single-pane safety glass. Reference projects include, among others, the custom lighting of the TUI Bar on the cruise ship Mein Schiff 1, beverage retailers, trade fair stands and the Space Up corridor lighting.

Materials and Processes
Aluminium extruded profile, anodized (E6EV1)
Luminaire housings and heads, e.g. on LED Beam, DIO SL and D-Flat SLL; high heat dissipation for optimal thermal management.
High-gloss fine aluminium
Photometrically effective surfaces and dust protection covers with a very low friction coefficient for optimal dust repellence.
Steel, powder-coated or galvanized
Base plates (8 mm, RAL 9006 textured), telescopic tubes, node chains and housing components.
Acrylic glass (Acryl Satiné, opal)
Luminaire housings and light edges with excellent photometric properties.
Polycarbonate, clear
Light exit panes of the industrial luminaires as an alternative to safety glass.
Single-pane safety glass, clear
Light exit cover of the LED Beam hall luminaires.
