don't panic - die case-manufaktur GmbH manufactures individual flight cases and special constructions for equipment that must be transported safely. Every case is made to measure: designed as a 3D model, CNC-milled with precision and built in the company's own manufactory in Hamburg. The value chain covers design and engineering, CNC machining of wood, plastic, metal and foam, metalworking with milling, turning, welding, riveting and sawing, upholstery and leatherwork with 3D inlays, fibre composite and 3D mould making, surface treatment as well as electrical installation for audio, video and power. Materials used include, among others, multiplex, PP hollow-chamber panels, PE foam, carbon, felt, leather and textiles; recyclable material is used for PP hollow-chamber panels. The cases serve industries such as broadcast/TV production, event and stage technology, music and art, metrology, automotive and industry. In addition to one-off pieces, the company also produces series products as well as repairs and conversions of existing cases. Almost 30 years of existence and more than 2,000 customers from all industries attest to the experience in case building.
