MODUM (Furniture, Design and More) is a brand of DONA Handelsges. mbH, located at Große Elbstraße 40 in 22767 Hamburg, right at the Fischmarkt. The company operates a retail store and an online shop for designer furniture from German manufacturers, in particular Vitamin design (solid wood furniture) and brühl (upholstered furniture). The focus is on individual, custom-configurable solid wood furniture such as tables, benches, shelves, sideboards and beds, available in nine wood types (including oak, knotty oak, ash, beech, heartwood beech, cherry, maple, walnut) with nature-friendly surface treatments. The wood's grain pattern is partly dried in vacuum in special drying kilns before further processing, and the surfaces are treated with purely plant-based oils. A 3D product configurator allows customization of dimensions, wood type and knot filling. In addition to sales, MODUM offers a delivery service with assembly, two-person delivery, express shipping and Click & Collect, and delivers throughout Europe as well as worldwide by individual arrangement.
