About Donau-Hydraulik
Donau-Hydraulik GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1968 and owner-managed, headquartered in Gaimersheim near Ingolstadt. The company manufactures hydraulic cylinders from a standard range as well as custom-built to customer specification – from one-off production to large-scale series, with pressures up to 700 bar, strokes up to 8000 mm and piston diameters up to 800 mm. The portfolio is complemented by maintenance and repair programs for hydraulic cylinders (analysis, overhaul, quality inspection) as well as contract work in mechanical metalworking and machining. Production takes place on approx. 3000 m² of production space (since 1991) with modern CNC machines; since 2002, a second hall with approx. 1000 m² has been available. A cooperation with Collin Technology GmbH in Aichach provides access to additional production space and machining equipment. The hydraulic cylinders are used, among other things, in wheel loaders, concrete pumps, presses, injection molding machines and excavators. Since 2017, Michael Strobl has been leading the company with around 30 employees in the second generation.
