About Dongjun Europe
Dongjun Europe GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, is the European headquarters of the Chinese Dongjun Group and represents the group's manufacturing capabilities on the German and European markets. The focus is on aluminium die-cast components for automotive applications, liquid cooling systems and cooling plates for vehicle batteries, as well as the machining of heat-resistant steels. Production is carried out by the group in China, in particular at Wuhan Yoshioka Precision Technology, a subsidiary of Wuxi Yoshioka Precision Technology, which has die-casting machines from 160 t to 1650 t, 50 machining centers, CNC lathes and lines for anodizing, painting, assembly and washing. Cooling plates are produced by stamping, extrusion of Harmonica tubes and brazing, with cell temperature differences below 5 °C. Development is supported by simulations using ANSYS, FLOW-3D and ANYCASTING as well as design in CATIA and SOLIDWORKS. Customers of the group include Dongfeng, PSA, Cummins and ZZNISSAN.

Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 (Wuhan Yoshioka, 2020); QSB+ and VDA 6.3 are trained and applied. Testing equipment includes spectrometry, X-ray inspection, leak testing, coordinate measuring technology as well as a CNAS-accredited laboratory (HBR) with more than 30 testing devices.
