About Doosan Lentjes
Doosan Lentjes GmbH is a German plant engineering company headquartered in Ratingen and part of the global Doosan Group. The company was founded in 1927/1928 by Ferdinand Lentjes in Düsseldorf and was long known as a manufacturer of steam boilers. Today, Lentjes plans and builds turnkey complete and partial plants in the field of thermal process engineering. With its proprietary technologies for combustion, steam generation and flue gas cleaning, the company delivers customized plants for the thermal treatment of waste, sewage sludge and biomass, as well as heat recovery systems and steam and power generation solutions. Worldwide, more than 80 order lines for thermal waste treatment and over 35 reference lines for sewage sludge treatment have been realized. The systems meet strict emission standards and support the circular economy by converting non-recyclable waste into clean energy and reusable materials. In addition to its German headquarters in Ratingen, the company maintains a subsidiary in Prague.
