Dorfner Schleifmittelwerk GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed family company based in Wuppertal and, together with the Wuppertal companies Michael Clauberg Schleifmittelfabrik GmbH and Lauterjung & Tesche Schleifmittelfabrik GmbH, belongs to a family group. The company develops and produces grinding bodies for high-performance grinding operations: cast ceramic discs with diameters up to 915 mm, pressed grinding wheels up to 900 mm diameter and wheel widths up to 400 mm as well as CBN and diamond high-performance wheels. The various grades are created through the combination of raw materials, bond variants, firing schedule and the use of fillers. In addition to customer-oriented development and production, Dorfner offers grinding technology consulting and short delivery times. The QM system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; delivery is carried out worldwide.
