About Dorner
Dorner is a company specializing in the design, manufacture and integration of conveyor systems, headquartered in Hartland, Wisconsin (USA). Founded in 1966 by brothers Wolfgang and Horst Dorner as a toolmaking shop, the company developed the first patented low-profile conveyor (4100 Series) with radial cam lathe pivots in 1973. The portfolio includes industrial conveyors with aluminum frames, sanitary stainless steel conveyors, pallet and flexible chain systems, configurable as straight, curved, incline and Z-frame units with fabric, modular and chain belts. All conveyors are built to order and, according to the company, some are shipped within 72 hours. Dorner is part of the Columbus McKinnon Corporation and, in addition to its global headquarters in Hartland, operates production and sales sites in Jülich (Germany), Penang (Malaysia) and Guadalajara (Mexico) as well as sales offices in Canada and France. Customers from more than 1,200 industries worldwide, particularly from automation, food processing, packaging, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, use Dorner systems.
