About us

Dostal Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Schlitz-Bernshausen (Hesse), was founded in 1992 by Michael Dostal and converted into a GmbH in 1998. On 1 April 2006 the company took over Krafft Göbel Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Alsfeld, thereby combining know-how from over 50 years of felt processing and over 25 years in the packaging industry. The range of services covers the manufacture, overhaul, repair and sale of machines and spare parts for felt production, packaging systems for books, CDs, DVDs and other products, modifications and special-purpose machine and fixture construction, the dismantling, overhaul and assembly of production systems as well as project support in intralogistics and plant planning. In addition, the company manufactures turned and milled parts to customer specifications and services flatbed die-cutting machines. The product range includes, among others, the PWS 80 gzip roller milling machine, roller felt machines, the hammer mill, the finishing mill and the wide-range willowing machine. The felt machines are sold worldwide; production takes place in the company's own production hall in Schlitz-Bernshausen.
