About Double E Group
Founded in 1972, Double E Group is an internationally active manufacturer of web-handling components and material-handling equipment for the paper, film and foil industry. The product portfolio includes core chucks, core shafts, safety chucks, brakes, web guides, rollers, core cutters, core plugs, reel spools, knife holders, slitting modules and systems, roll stands as well as material-handling devices such as lift tables, roll upenders, RollMover and CartMover. Production takes place primarily at headquarters in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, with additional production sites in Neenah (Wisconsin), Portland (Maine) and Castelgomberto (Italy). Materials used include stainless steel, aluminum, powder-coated steel and carbon fiber. Customers include companies in the Flexible Packaging, Nonwovens, Tissue, Tag & Label, Converting, Corrugating, Tire & Rubber and Automotive & Aerospace industries. In addition to standard products, the company offers custom engineering, retrofit solutions and spare parts distribution. The branch in Osnabrück is responsible for Germany and also covers the office for the Czech Republic.
