About DPhi Space
DPhi Space is a space startup offering shared satellite platforms (OmniSat) for hosting hardware payloads and software workloads in orbit. On the platform with onboard compute servers, third parties can operate sensors on shared satellites as well as run software applications directly in space. The maiden mission Clustergate-1 launched in March 2025 and demonstrated the operation of multiple payloads on a shared platform as well as the company's own compute stack. With Clustergate-2, DPhi Space opened an on-orbit compute platform for developers in April 2026; on this mission, describing the Earth with an LLM was also demonstrated. Partners and customers include Revolv Space (in-orbit demonstration of SARA), Tilebox (ground-to-orbit software continuity) and Momentus as platform partner for Vigoride 7. The company secured seed financing of CHF 2.1 million in February 2025.
