About us
Dr. Alder's Tiernahrung GmbH is a pet food manufacturer based in Wethau near Naumburg. The company produces private labels for dogs and cats for specialist retailers and grocery retail – as wet food in trays and cans, and since 2017 also in sausage format. At the original plant in Heinsberg, dry food is also blended. The recipes are based on fresh, natural raw materials, without added grain, preservatives, artificial colourings and sugar. The offering covers the entire development of a private label: from market analysis and positioning to nutrition concepts, appearance and recipe development, through to packaging design and fulfilment services including stockpiling and EDI order processing. The products are delivered to more than 30 countries worldwide. Production follows food-grade standards with veterinary inspection of all raw materials and a verified HACCP code.
