About Dr. Bohrer Lasertec
Dr. Bohrer Lasertec GmbH was founded in 2006 by Dr. Markus Bohrer in Neusiedl am See and specializes in industrial laser technology. The company is organized into four business areas: Services, Sources, Solutions and Sight. In the Services area, the company offers general overhaul and refurbishment of sealed-off CO2 lasers up to 1.0 kW, including CO2 laser gas refill and repair of RF electronics across several laser manufacturers. In the Sources area, the company develops and manufactures its own CO2 reference laser source with beam guidance and beam shaping components, ready-made laser modules including control electronics for OEMs, as well as radio-frequency power amplifiers and retrofit packages for existing CO2 laser systems. In the Solutions area, the company performs laser evaluation, application development and ultra-fast industrial laser engraving. In the Sight area, the company operates a high-performance microscopy laboratory with scanning electron and ion beam microscopes as well as X-ray spectroscopy for analyses down to the nanometer range. The company operates on approximately 1000 m² of operating floor space in the Neusiedl Technology Center (TZN) and is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.
