About Dr-Eis
Dr-Eis is a Wetzlar-based company specialising in surface cleaning. The company cleans vehicles, machinery, plants, moulds and technical components using dry ice blasting and laser cleaning – two dry processes requiring no additional water and leaving no residual blasting medium. In dry ice blasting, accelerated CO₂ pellets dissolve grease, oil, dust, old preservatives and production residues; the subsequent sublimation of the dry ice leaves no residue. Laser cleaning precisely removes rust, oxide layers, paints and firmly adhering residues, for example on metal, moulds and defined partial surfaces. The choice of process is made depending on material and component after examination of the substrate, coating, accessibility and target condition; for sensitive components, test areas are offered. A further field of activity is the material-appropriate cleaning of monuments and half-timbered structures on wood, natural stone, brick and masonry as a step within refurbishment projects. Machine components and plants made of steel are freed of grease, rust and deposits using dry ice blasting or laser cleaning.
Aluminium
Aluminium components and machine parts are cleaned in a material-appropriate manner without secondary blasting medium.
Plastic
