About Dr. Thiedig
Dr. Thiedig is a globally active manufacturer and service provider in the field of steam and water analysis systems (SWAS). The family-owned company, founded in 1939 and now in its third generation, develops and manufactures sampling systems, its own analysers as well as complete laboratories and laboratory containers. All key components of the measurement systems are produced in-house, including high-pressure valves, coolers, sampling and dosing probes as well as pressure reducers, predominantly made of stainless steel. High-pressure component manufacturing is carried out with CNC and welding machines on the basis of the KTA 1401 and AD 2000 HP0 approvals; TIG welding technology is used manually, mechanised or with a closed welding torch. Fields of application include conventional power plants, nuclear power plants, supercritical operating conditions, chemistry/refineries and the beverage industry. The headquarters with production is located at Prinzenallee 78-79 in Berlin-Wedding; a worldwide partner network serves customers around the globe.
