Dr. Walser Dental GmbH is a German manufacturer of dental instruments that has been producing the well-known Walser dental matrices since 1948. The matrices with spring system (Clip O-shape and X-shape) adapt individually to the tooth shape through their clamping force and can be applied with a single hand movement without any screw mechanism. All products are 100 % handcrafted in Germany. The product portfolio also includes the inlay and post forceps patented by Dr. Walser, featuring a special groove system and high closing pressure, as well as the Aseptor sterilization cassette for the organized storage and sterilization of root canal instruments. The matrices are sterilizable and reusable. Dentists in 129 countries use the products; distribution takes place via an online shop with worldwide shipping as well as through international trade fairs such as the IDS in Cologne and the CDEX in Seoul. The company is socially engaged (including Amnesty International and the Dental History Museum in Radolfzell) and has received numerous awards.
