Drachenstube is a retail company in Ebersberg (Upper Bavaria), run by owner Petra Behounek. Founded in 2005 as an internet mail-order business, the company opened a retail store in 2007 and has been located since March 2015 at Eberhardstraße 6a next to the town hall, on two floors with 80 m² of retail space. The product range includes toys from well-known brands such as Haba, Selecta, Schleich, Sigikid and Djeco as well as high-quality wooden toys, games, children's and young adult books, audiobooks/audio plays, gift items and home textiles. The company operates in a CO2-neutral manner, sources its electricity from 100 % renewable energies and runs its own photovoltaic system. Since December 2023, Drachenstube has been the first GWÖ-balanced company in the Ebersberg district; since 2013 it has been a member of Arbeitskreis Richtiges Spielzeug e.G. (ARS). In addition to sales, the store offers advice, gift wrapping, ID photos, delivery within Ebersberg and the surrounding area as well as shipping within Germany.
